About Jeremy

Jeremy Silver is a hands-on Customer Success leader who is passionate about maximizing customer value, up-leveling teams, and building scalable processes to drive efficient growth/retention. With over 25 years in enterprise technology, Jeremy brings a wealth of experience working with companies from $5M to $8.5B in ARR.

After an early career at Accenture and the dot.com Marketing Analytics innovator E.piphany, Jeremy spent the last 16 years in Customer Success Leadership roles. As an early CS Leader at Salesforce, Jeremy helped drive continuous transformation of the post-sale organization through a 10 year period of massive growth.

Since then he has led Customer Success teams at Unified and Aquant as well as McKinsey’s Growth, Marketing and Sales Solutions division. Most recently as the post-sales leader at Aquant, Jeremy scaled the team (CSM, Services, Support + Data) from 15-45 people while delivering 124% NRR and 95% renewal rate.
